Sea scallops pan seared and simmered with tomatoes, white wine and basil.
Topped with asiago cheese and oven browned.

Shrimp Primavera

Shrimp pan seared with vegetables and simmered with lemon and white wine. Finished with a zesty garlic butter and tossed with linguine.

Maple Garlic Lacquered Cornish Game Hen

Split and semi boneless Cornish game hen grilled and lacquered
with Vermont maple syrup and roasted garlic.

Chicken Piccata

Boneless breast of chicken pan seared and simmered with white wine,
lemon, fresh herbs and capers; finished with sweet butter
